The Support Project for the Maintenance and Consolidation of Peace through the Capacity Building of the CPADD (PAMCoPRC-CPADD) started on May 4, 2018 had its epilogue on February 27, 2020 with the inauguration of a building of the type R + 1 for the benefit of CPADD.
This project, financed by Japan and which has been the subject of technical monitoring by UNDP, has since its start made it possible to equip the Center with rolling means, to strengthen the capacities of instructors through seminars and trips to ‘study and above all to increase the reception capacity of the CPADD thanks to a new R + 1 type building.
Chaired by the Chief of Staff, representing the Minister Delegate to the President of the Republic, in charge of National Defense, the inauguration ceremony took place on February 27, 2020 within the CPADD. Honored the ceremony with their presence: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Benin, the Representative of the UNDP Resident Representative in Benin, members of the Military High Command and the municipal authorities of the city of Ouidah.
This new gem now allows three different courses to be conducted simultaneously instead of two as was the case in the recent past.
